While everything was seamlessly going well my salesperson was a little distracted by the amount of people in the store. I always like to shop at the Owings Mills store bcuz they have always been very professional. On the memorial day of 2026 my salesperson was trying to wait on everyone in the store at the same time. He had another older gentleman which was taking his time doing everything correctly and appeasing the customer. My rep had almost delivered my $3,000 set to my old address after I told him 3x that it was not the same as the previous account. Needless to say I even gave him my ID card for verification purposes bcuz he wasn't paying attention. Upon printing out my invoice while attempting to wait on other customers I asked for the invoice and immediately notice it was the wrong address. He had to go into the computer and do it again with the correct information. I asked him why was he in the rush bcuz the store wasn't about to close and most of the customers were still shopping for the right mattress. Despite the superior service that one little but major incident could've become a debacle.
